Who we are

YelloScore Group Limited is the controller of personal information described in this notice. We are registered in Scotland under company number SC895524, with our registered office at 37A Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2EL, United Kingdom.

Privacy enquiries can be sent to contact@yelloscoregroup.com.

Information we collect

We may receive your name, contact details, organisation, professional interests and the content of messages you send us. If you apply for a role or introduce yourself for future opportunities, we may also receive your employment history and other information you choose to provide.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs. This website also requests font files from Google Fonts; Google may receive technical request information when your browser loads them.

How and why we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and discuss potential services, products or partnerships.
  • To take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to administer business relationships.
  • To assess career enquiries and potential candidates.
  • To operate, secure, diagnose and improve the website.
  • To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

Depending on the context, we rely on legitimate interests, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or your consent. Our legitimate interests include communicating with businesses and candidates, developing our services and protecting our systems.

Sharing and international transfers

We may share information with trusted providers that support email, website hosting, security, professional advice and business operations, and with authorities where required by law. These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information

We generally keep business enquiries for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, and speculative candidate information for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for an active relationship, legal obligation, dispute or defence of legal claims. Security logs may be retained for shorter operational periods.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your information, request portability, or withdraw consent. These rights can be subject to legal limits. Contact us to make a request.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. See ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
